I am in deep appreciation for the fax sent to my
office late November 2003.
Since leasing the machine, I now have a reason to treat lower back pain. I had stopped performing lumbar surgeries
as an orthopedic surgeon almost three years ago because of the medical/legal environment
in Kentucky .
I was tired of telling patients that I had nothing to offer their lower back
complaints, except for formal physical therapy, which most had previously undertaken and failed; and addictive pain
medication.
I have had my machine now almost four months and have treated an assortment of
patients – chronic disk problems – with almost unbelievable results.
I have opened my practice again to lower back conditions, which I really do enjoy
clinically and have found this region of the musculoskeletal system again rewarding and with the Accu-Spina
machine, profitable.
This machine self-advertises and allows physicians and healthcare professionals again
to safely and effectively treat patients with lower back conditions.
As always, I am happy to provide anyone with any further assistance or help regarding
the Accu-Spina machine.
Sincerely yours,
Anthony J. Mc.Eldowney, M.D.

To Whom It May
Concern:
I have been involved with the decompression machine for a total of over three months
at this point, and it has, without a doubt, revolutionized my practice in a very short amount of time. I can say
without any reservation at this point it is definitely the most fun thing I have done in my 13 years of family
medicine.
I have a very busy primary care practice that spends about 50% of our time with
primary care sports medicine. I am a team physician for a major university and for five high schools in our
area.
Since the induction of Decompression Therapy into our practice, we have not only had
the opportunity to see, but also successfully treat practically everyone we have attempted. The first month we
started off slow just to get used to the machine and were very excited once we got comfortable with the various
settings, application of the harnesses and various ways to position patients on the table. Since that time, we have
gotten more and more referrals from people who have been successfully treated and are currently trying to find a
place to put a second machine.
Like most physicians, initially, I was somewhat cautious and reserved regarding this
approach. After spending time with a physician who employed the therapy, talking to other physicians around the
country who were utilizing this therapy and doing and exhaustive research of the material, I realized that it was
something that I definitely needed to do and my patients hopefully would benefit from, I am definitely thrilled
with my decision at this point and am very excited about the future utilizing this approach to help people
suffering from various low back pain conditions.
If I can provide anyone any other assistance or help, I will be happy to.
Sincerely,
Bill Moore Smith, MD

Dear Mark:
Although everything I had read and seen informed
of the pain relief patients obtain with Decompression Therapy, nothing prepared me for the outstanding response I
have experienced with my own patients.
In the first month alone, two of my patients had surgery scheduled, why I suggested
that they try Decompression Therapy prior to surgery. One of these patients went from a pain of level 9 (10 being
the worst pain and 0 being no pain) to a pain level of 0. For several years, she put off traveling because she was
uncomfortable sitting for a long period of time, now she is ready to travel again.
My other patient, a seventy-year old gentleman, had started using a cane to walk. He
found taking care of household chores involving lifting and bending were almost impossible for him to accomplish.
After completing his Decompression Therapy, he was excited to show us how he could jog down the hall of our office.
Now both he and his wife can go to their lake house each weekend and he can take care of all of the maintenance
projects that need to be done.
While I have many more stories of patients who have benefited greatly by this
treatment, the real purpose of this letter is to share my own experience with you. I have spinal Stenosis, which
had become increasingly painful over the last few years. Some mornings my wife would have to tie my shoes, as I
could not bend over to do so.
As an avid golfer, I looked forward to walking the course and carrying my own clubs.
Sadly, I had to ride in a cart and even then found myself in severe pain whenever I played. You cannot imagine my
pleasure when I finished my own Decompression Therapy and could again carry my own clubs and walk the
course.
As a physician, I am often conservative when evaluating new advancements in medicine
and medical technology. Having experienced Decompression Therapy as both a patient and a physician, I am convinced
of its value in relieving back pain.
Thank you so much for helping me make this incredible treatment part of my medical
practice.
Sincerely yours
Robert Maidenberg, M.D.

Dear Solomon,
As a board certified Family Doctor concerned with
quality of care, I was very interested in the Spina program for my patients suffering from back and neck
pain.
Being frustrated by current modalities of care, I was struck by the success rate and
patient satisfaction obtained with IDD Therapy utilizing the Spina machine.
My patients have experienced a pain reduction on average of 4 points, utilizing the
Oswestry Scale. It is gratifying to find a program which benefits the patients with this chronic and debilitating
pain.
Most of my patients have explored multiple therapeutic options but IDD Therapy,
utilizing the Spina program, has benefited them markedly.

Dear Mr. Gary,
It has been over 18 months since I got my
Accu-SPINA machine and it has worked our very well, both medically and financially.
The patients just love the soothing light, music, massage, heat, and, of course,
being pain free. It’s hard to believe the amazing results from this treatment.
Minimal advertising and word of mouth has increased my patient volume by about 10
patients per day. Some of my patients have referred me to a radio talk show host, Ms. Sandy Zimmerman. I recorded
the show with her last week and I can’t wait to see my patient volume numbers as a result of this advertising. In
addition, I am placing an ad in our local newspaper’s TV section (about a month from now) to promote this
treatment.
All in all, IDD Therapy on the Accu-SPINA Machine is easy to integrate into a
practice. The training is concise and simple for the staff to learn.
Thank you for helping us provide such dramatic back pain relief for our
patients.

RE: Accu-SPINA Machine
Dear Solomon,
The non-operative options, for the patient with
spine disease referred to a neurosurgeon, are limited to a traditional approach that has not changed for many
years. While some conservative maneuvers are effective in relieving a host of symptoms, no one method is
unconditionally successful and therapeutic failure commonly may lead to more aggressive, costly, and risky invasive
procedures.
The Accu-SPINA Machine has allowed me to offer my patients a very viable alternative.
This new option allows me the opportunity to not only treat without an incision, but also has opened up additional
patients to IDD Therapy that formerly would not have even been referred for my evaluation.
Herniated disc disease, spondylosis, facet syndrome can be treated with great success
and gratifying results. Non-surgical pathology, including lumbosacral sprain and strain, can also be relieved by
this approach over a course of treatment.
Careful evaluation convinced me of the Accu-SPINA Machine’s value. Within three
weeks, we were treating patients with a full schedule and a lengthening waiting list. I purchased a second machine
less than three months after our first installation.
I’m aware that other machines boast a 70% success rate while Accu-Spina reports 86%+.
We followed the protocol recommendations closely, and achieved a 94.7% improvement percentage in our first group of
patients who completed the program.
Many others terminated the planned schedule somewhat early because of excellent
results soon in treatment.
The machine is also effective in selective cervical disorders, and our experience has
allowed us to achieve improved results in an expanded referral base.
Happy patients and satisfied referring health professionals including medical
doctors, chiropractors, and nurses have been our strongest supporters. Insurance providers have also learned that
overall cost is far less than that of surgery.
I am very pleased thus far, and have enjoyed close support from Spina Systems.
Appropriately used and carefully administered, IDD Therapy has become a major additional option for my neurological
patients.

VAN ALSTYNE, TEXAS
Spina Systems International, Inc.
Dear Sirs:
For the last three years, I have incorporated the
Spina Systems Interverterbral Disk Decompression process into my physical therapy program for low back
pain.
I have found it terrifically successful for herniated disks, spinal stenosis, and
facet arthropathies.
In my personal experience, I have been approximately 85% successful. Very few
patients have to be referred to surgeons or Pain Management Centers after the program is completed.
I have found it financially rewarding, even though my office is in a rural North
Texas community of approximately 20,000 people. The most important thing to me is that it works.
For years, I’ve had large numbers of patients that I’ve referred to physical therapy
and to surgeons, thinking that the problem would be resolved; only to have the patients come back to me with the
very same problems for which they were referred.
I have found that this program has been successful, satisfying and because it is
non-invasive, extremely accepting by the patients.
I would readily recommend this addition into your physical therapy armamentarium,
both for the lumbar and cervical region.
Yours sincerely, J.F. Psutka, M.D.
Associates in Family Medicine
Dear Mr. Noble:
For the last two years, my staff and I have
provided treatment for back and neck pain with the Accu-SPINA Machine here at Associates in Family Medicine in
Bellingham , Washington .
We have treated over 300 patients; the majority is beyond nine months since the
initial therapy. Pound for pound, the success of this treatment and the gratitude we receive daily from clients
treated with the Accu-SPINA therapy surpasses most other treatments that I can offer people in a primary care
medical office.
My initial skepticism did not last long because the testimonials from patients, who
have suffered oftentimes for years with debilitating back and neck pain, were so compelling. Clients are especially
happy because the therapy is not only painless, but actually feels good. I can't think of many things doctors do to
people that either feels good, or at a minimum, does not create pain or instill some element of
apprehension.
Imagine people actually looking forward to an intervention at a doctor's office. We
receive cards, gifts, and thanks from patients who have benefited from this treatment. Many people tell us how
lucky they feel to have come across a physician that was bold enough to take a chance on a new and novel
treatment.
We have been pleased with the instrument and continue to enjoy the support and
commitment to quality that Spina Systems has provided. It is worth mentioning that many patients who go through the
program wonder why such a successful, painless, and non-invasive therapy has not become routine and available to
the thousands of Americans suffering chronic back and neck pain. I am committed to educating the public about the
success of lumbar disc dynamic therapy in the management of chronic low back and neck
pain.
Quite frankly, I do not know of a treatment for chronic
musculoskeletal pain that can be applied safely to such a wide range of people that comes close to the success of
this machine.
Thank you Spina Systems for bringing the Accu-SPINA Machine to clinical practice and
all the support you continuously provide us.
Warm regards: Roger Sharf M.D.

To: Whom It May
Concern:
I wanted to write a letter that you might want to have on hand for any patients or
doctors concerning my experience with spinal decompression and the Decompression system.
Nearly two years ago I had a diagnosis from my orthopedist of herniated L4/L5 and
L5/S1 disc levels confirmed by MRI. I have tried every type of therapy available and dealt with an incredible
amount of pain for over 2 years.
With 16 years in the health care business along with over 1500 hours at the doctorate
level I knew surgery was not even an option for me. Failed back surgery is the single worst case scenario and M.D.
will ever face and I was not going to be one of the unlucky patients I have talked to over the years.
I became aware of spinal decompression in 1999 and after fully researching all
studies and materials available I felt very comfortable in my decision to start treatment. After four weeks of
therapy my pain levels dropped to 0 from an 8-9 (with 10 being unbearable and 0 reflecting no pain).
I was so impressed that I decided to open my own clinin with the Decompression. It is
now one of the best feelings to watch my patients come into the clinic and leave pain free. I know the
Decompression system has saved some patients from the complications of surgery, which had been the next step for
them.
Several have suffered from extreme low-back pain for 6-7 years and are now pain free.
You have a great orthopedic system and I will gladly talk to any patient or doctor to tell them about our
success.
Sincerely
Dale Nichols Physical Therapist
SPRAGUE PHYSICAL THERAPY CENTER, INC. PITTSBURG , PA
Approximately one year after receiving the revolutionary Accu-Spina
System, which provides IDD Therapy to patients with cervical and lumbar pain, we have more than doubled our
case load and gross income; keeping us from closing or relocating our practice.
It has been a slow process getting word out to patients and physicians, but with
efforts on our part and the assistance of Spina Systems with marketing, we feel we will double our patients again
in the next year.
Approximately 90% of all cases who follow the IDD Therapy protocol and complete the
minimum required visits are experiencing a healthier, symptom-free lifestyle, enabling them to resume full work
duties and do activities that they have not been able to do before the treatments.
Many of our patients and physicians were skeptical at first, but were quite amazed by
the results. Many patients have written testimonials, which are available for new patients to read. Patients
respond well to IDD Therapy because of its relative ease of use, ability to target specific spinal segments, and
painless approach.
In short, the Accu-Spina machine has become a valuable tool for providing effective
neck and low back pain treatment.
We at Sprague Physical Therapy Center, Inc., feel privileged to provide this
non-surgical therapeutic treatment option. We encourage anyone who suffers from neck or back pain to call us or
Spina Systems to hear what our patients have to say about us and how IDD Therapy has given them their lives
back.

To Whom It May Concern:
I am a Certified Therapist of the Accu-SPINA
Machine at Associates in Family Medicine in Bellingham, Washington. I have witnessed firsthand the extraordinary
therapeutic benefits of this instrument. It has improved the quality of life for so many of our
patients.
I operate the system 40 hours a week and see new patients almost daily. I am able to
observe the great degrees of pain these individuals suffer. They can no longer perform the physical activities they
once enjoyed, such as golfing, gardening, or simply walking their four-legged companion around the
block.
I feel fortunate to witness the patient's success and improved mobility, flexibility,
and ability to peacefully sleep through the night.
My most skeptical patients, many of whom have had chronic pain for decades, are
delighted and impressed with the results. Over 80% of my patients experience a reduction in pain and are able to
resume normal physical activities with minimal or no discomfort. Of the less than 20% remaining who have not had
any perceived benefit at the end of therapy, 30-50% of these patients experience improvement within three
months.
I truly believe that this modality is the best treatment for individuals living with
chronic low back or neck pain, rather than injections, chiropractic, or spine surgery. Patients routinely bring
cards and gifts to thank me for making them feel better, but the greatest gift I receive is the gratification of
knowing that when they complete the therapy, the quality of life for most of our patients improves
dramatically.
I love my job and getting to know my patients. But most importantly, I'm privileged
to be part of a health care team that is able to provide neck and low back pain relief with the Accu-SPINA
Machine.
Sincerely,
Jodi Greene, PT
